I was referred by one of my friend to visit Waterford Smile Co.The receptionist Harsh explained everything the CDP plan offers and she was very helpful.I got my scaling and check up done by Hygienist Alyanna. She was very helpful and advised me to take precautions for dental care.I would suggest everyone to visit them for their dental needs.

I came in for a second opinion to start my Invisalign journey after a bad experience at another clinic. During my consultation on March 27, I instantly knew I had to say yes. I booked a cleaning two weeks later, and my trays arrived just a week after that. The process was fast, reliable, and the staff were absolutely amazing.

Everybody in this dental clinic is so friendly and professional. They have seen us quickly from the time we booked. No long waits for appointments and they see you on time. Very happy with the quality of care and service. Ching the front desk staff also offers an outstanding customer service. Very knowledgable staff. Highly recommended!

So glad I found Waterford Smile Co. Hadn’t been to a dentist to a long time and had a horrible experience in another city with a very judgmental and demeaning dentist. The staff at Waterford Smile Co. are absolutely fantastic, no judgements just great client care from the moment you walk in. Modern tech was incredible. My dentist there is top notch. I had a cavity repair and on another occasion dental surgery. They have been the most painless experiences in a dentist’s office I’ve had. I highly, highly recommend Waterford Smile Co.

I came w my mom to get her tooth extracted, the staff was absolutely amazing and they made sure she was comfortable and stress free as she’s had a not so good experience in the past at other places. Dr Alyana and hygienist alyssa were superb, and professional. The receptionist were amazing as they made sure of any concerns or questions. I would highly recommend going here for any dental work.

I had my Invisalign done here, completed in one year. Melissa and the staff here were really easy to work with. They also gave me the option to continue further if I wanted to clear up any other imperfections. Overall really good experience, highly recommended. Building interior was always clean and is decorated with good taste.

I love coming into Waterford Smile Co. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They also make sure all the details of my appointments are covered and send me follow-up texts.I have recently finished my Invisalign treatment and I've never been happier with the results. Melissa and Dr. Nathan Jeal always had the answers to my questions and were great people to visit. I feel more confident with my smile and the experience was overall great!Dr. Alambra and Alyanna are the best and I trust them the most when it comes to any major procedures and overall dental hygiene. They answer all my questions and take care of me whenever I come in for an appointment.

I strongly recommend this place for your dentals. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. The clinic followed up with me to make sure I don’t miss my appointment. I went in for examination and filling, Dr A Alambra and her team delivered an exceptional service. My tooth was painless after the procedure and felt natural.

Did the Invisalign’s, love them my teeth look amazing! After a bit I needed a root canal which terrified me because of passed experience at other dentists ! I can honestly say I will never have a worry ever again , it was a breeze ! No pain when I was getting the root canal done , none when the freezing came out and still no pain at all the next day ! I recommend these guys and gals huge , very professional and yet still relaxed and make you feel comfortable! 💯 % satisfied in all areas !

ive been with smile co at waterford for the last two years and the quality of service and empathy is outstanding! dr ambara and dr nguyen are literally the best. Ive always been afraid of dental work and extractions etc but their technique and attention to detail is beyond what words can express! ive had three extractions for dental work and literally ZERO pain! they make sure youre comfortable and feel at ease! Not only is their quality of work 5 stars but the entire staff is friendly and personable and you get ZERO judgement on any situation you are in! One last note i am forever grateful for their ability to make me feel better about my teeth, its always been something i was self conscious about and finally i can say i love my smile thanks to the entire staff of waterford smile co

I had the greatest experience with Dr. Alayna Alambra and hygienist Alyanna . They both made me feel so welcomed and comfortable . Alyanna did a great job on my teeth and was so careful while cleaning , adjusting to make sure I was comfortable . She was very friendly and I left with super clean teeth that I was very very happy with .Dr. Alambra was kind and genuine . She took the time to walk me through everything I needed and helped me to prioritize what I should do first based on what I was able to do at the time . She also took the time to explain the details of the procedures I would need and did a thorough exam of my teeth. I never enjoyed going to the dentist in the past but I have to say after this great experience I’m looking forward to coming back and working with Dr.Alambra to achieve my smile goals .I cannot recommend Dr . Alambra and Alyanna enough .Front desk was also very helpful and welcoming, over all great experience .

Alyanna is the best hygienist I’ve ever had, she made sure I was always comfortable and never made my appointments boring or awkward. I have Dr. Alambra as my dentist and Dr. Jeal as my Invisalign specialist and they are both so friendly and very informative. Would highly recommend!

Seriously the best dental clinic in Winnipeg!! After not going to a dentist for over 6 years, the smile team was able to fix my smile again. Ive had three root canals with multiple fillings done by 3 different dentists (yikes I know) and Dr. Nguyen was by far my favourite dentist (Dr. Jeal a close second) that I've had!! She made sure I was okay during the procedures and I couldn't even feel the freezing needles going in. She also had no judgement at all towards my broken smile while doing her absolute best of repairing the problems. Instead she encouraged and gave me hope that I will have healthy teeth once again!! Thanks Dr. Nguyen!!Their Dental assistants Melissa and Elisa always made sure I was comfortable during the procedures. Melissa made sure to follow up the next day after my appointment to make sure I was felling okay and was very helpful answering any questions I had. Thanks Melissa!!Alyanna is the best dental hygienist you can get!! she makes getting your teeth cleaned a fun experience instead of a scary one!! She is sweet and caring. Not only does she do the best job making sure your teeth are pearly white but also makes sure you are comfortable at all times!! Thanks Alyanna!!Overall, a great place to get dental work done if you are thinking about it!! The ladies at the front make payments and appointment booking very easy as well. Thank you Waterford Smile Co for getting me my healthy smile back and for helping me overcome my fear of going to the dentist!!
